We’re excited to invite you to be part of this year’s Do-nanza — a fresh take on the much-loved Bonanza, reimagined to keep it vibrant and sustainable for the future.
This year we’re focusing on making, not just selling. Guests will roll up their sleeves, join in the fun, and walk away with gifts they’ve had a hand in creating — and stories to tell.
Making Stalls (discounted rate): Your usual setup plus a simple interactive element — e.g., customers choose colours, stamp initials, sprinkle toppings, or pour a small element. It doesn’t need extra staff or trade secrets — just enough to make them say: “I did that!”
Selling Stalls (limited spots): A handful of traditional stalls will round out the experience.
Mystery Stalls: Want to lock in a place but need time to design your making element? Secure your stall now and confirm details later.

Location: Blue Heelers Square, Geraldton CBD
Spaces: ~20 stalls (with potential to expand to Friday + Sunday if interest is high — use the waitlist if full!)
We know not everyone has spare time or staff to overhaul their stall — but adding an interactive touch can actually make things easier (less pre-made stock, more customer-driven fun).
If you’re unsure where to start, come down to Blue Heelers on Friday 12 Sept or 19 Sept from 5pm for a relaxed brainstorm and idea session with us and other stallholders.
You’re also welcome to test your making idea at Blue Heelers on almost any night we’re open in the lead-up — a perfect chance to see what works before the Do-nanza.
Making stalls are discounted to recognise the extra effort.
Long-term Bonanza stallholders are still highly valued — you’ve kept this event alive, and this new chapter builds on that legacy.

Site Info & Setup
A site plan will be available on this page mid November.
You will need to provide your own lighting for your space.
Power is available and prioritised for the MAKING stalls. Please arrange to bring your own if you need it otherwise. Anything powered must be tagged and tested by an electrician, and within current dates. Otherwise this will occur at the event and you will be charged an extra fee. You must also supply covers for your extension cords if they reach outside of your stall area.
You need to provide your own tables, chairs and shelter.
All stalls are required to decorate their stalls in Christmas theme for the day, to ensure a festive atmosphere!
NOTE: with no entry fee, the public often arrive earlier than start time. The sooner you are ready the sooner you can make sales.
NOTE: There will be no vehicle access to the venue (excepting food vans), though parking will be available close. Once unpacked, please move your car to a separate car park to make way for other vendors and then the public.
IMPORTANT DETAILS
Stalls are required to remain open, ‘up’ and complete until the end of the event, and may not to pack up any earlier.
Food and beverages are not provided for stall holders on the day. We will endeavour to have stalls available to provide these, but it is recommended to BYO.
Liability - You, your business, stall holders, products and services are not covered under the Public Liability insurance of the events, Euphorium, Variety WA or the venue. You are required to obtain your own. Stall Coverage - Event staff and volunteers are not able to cover your stall at any stage.
Venue - There is a licenced bar at the venue, no other alcohol may be brought into the venue or consumed on the premises. You may utilise the bar at your own discretion, though drinking must remain within the licened area. The venue must be left as found with any damage to be reported to staff/volunteers immediately. All rubbish to remain stall holders responsibility.
