Promotion

As we get closer, we will rev up promotion, for people to come down on the day and buy their Christmas gifts. Please share any socials you see and keep up activity on your own socials of your preparations for the big day! If you have any thing you would like us to promote (new products, exciting specials, even just your logo/store and the fact that you will be there!) please make sure it is in your "marketing" section within our provider portal "Emma-ly". Feel free to post it within the Facebook event yourself too :)

All stalls are required to have a Christmas special for their stall on the day. Promote these in the lead up to the day by posting on the Facebook event!

Save yourself a copy of these images to use on your own socials:

Raffles
All stalls are required to provide a donation to the value of $30 to the raffles, raising funds for the charity at the event. These can be a product from your store, a voucher for your business (or multiple vouchers to the value of at least $30), or $30 cash directly to Variety.

Raffle donations are due on Friday 15 November 2024. Please deliver your raffle items to Variety Midwest, clearly labelled with your name or your stall's name so we know you have provided on - contact Jan to arrange the best time for you both: midwest@varietywa.org.au

Bump out

*This year we will aim to have bump out times sent before the event, for a similar system as bump in.

Overall: When the event finishes, please be considerate of your fellow stalls and utilise the same parking areas you used for setup. Our team will be onhand to monitor bays, aiming for a smooth flow and quick turn around. Please ensure you have assistance and your items all packed ready to load before moving your vehicle into these bays.
