UPDATES 22 / 11 / 24
Internet service without WIFI in the CBD is a little unstable at the moment. Consider promoting for your customers to bring cash just in case your Square Reader or other device, has trouble connecting to the internet.
We recommend bringing something to cover the ground of your stall, particularly if you're in Zone A (closer to Marine Terrace) or Zone C (behind Yamaji Art and Headspace) to prevent so much dust movement within your stall, of the loose blue metal underfoot.
Make sure the weights for your gazebo (not pegs!) are nice and heavy, to secure your gazebo properly. The wind gusts could reach up to 40km/hour on Sunday and we don't want any gazebos taking flight or becoming damaged.
Speaking of the weather, it is forecast to be 36 degrees on Sunday so please prepare yourself with plenty of water, extra sunscreen and your hat just in case!
Triple check your set-up times (scroll down until you see "Unloading Times" below). There will be parking attendants and gate attendants onsite.

Bump out
*This year we will aim to have bump out times sent before the event, for a similar system as bump in.
Overall: When the event finishes, please be considerate of your fellow stalls and utilise the same parking areas you used for setup. Our team will be onhand to monitor bays, aiming for a smooth flow and quick turn around. Please ensure you have assistance and your items all packed ready to load before moving your vehicle into these bays.
